My root beer arrived damaged
Please let us know immediately if your root beer has arrived damaged/broken in any way. We insure all root beer shipped and will process a replacement as soon as possible.
How do I return/exchange an item if/when you are able to accept returns?
No problem within 30 days. Please send the item back, in the original packaging if possible, and include a copy of your receipt with instructions on how you would like us to proceed. We do not keep your credit card information on file. If you are requesting an exchange on an item other than root beer, please include $6.95 (or your credit card information) for return shipping.
